One second of fame

STRUT my stuff in the movie for a piffling amount of
MONEY. My full day’s work ends up in a tiny
CAMEO where I’m glimpsed for a second as part of an
OCTET, gawking, and playing the piano.

    1. Nope! I used to think it would be good to have a small involvement in a movie, but having seen the amount of work that goes into a two-second shot – such as when one of Dunedin’s main streets (the city I used to live in) was closed for most of the day, dressed as in the 1940s, littered with wartime vehicles and dozens of extras – I’m not sure that I could be bothered anymore. They made a film here recently in the town I now live in, and the extras in that again got half-second visibility.
