MAXIMs, Terry drove people crazy with
LOOPY wisdom like “The early bird catches the football” and
“ERODE to nowhere is better than erode to Baltimore.”

Erode to nowhere made me laugh!
I like to think that the whole poem is erode to nowhere.
Two maxims I think I’ll adopt…
